BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) – We've learned that a grand jury has cleared a Bossier City police officer who shot and killed a man back in October.

This newly released dash cam video from the scene contains images that may be disturbing to some viewers.

The video illustrates the violent encounter police had with the suspect Scott Gray, who can be heard in the video stating that he is "Jesus Christ".

After a reported outburst at a CVS drugstore an officer tried to stop gray in the street, in this video you can see gray walking up to the officer, then out of frame.

Police say gray punched the officer and tried to take his gun from him, that's when officer Kary Szyska arrived, shooting Gray five times.

This clip is from Szyska's vantage point as he witnessed his partner being attacked. In the audio, police officers can be heard ordering Gray to get on the ground. Gray approaches the first officer and begins to swing while stepping out of frame. Seconds later five shots ring out, and officers call for an ambulance.
