Grand jury to decide charges in Bossier City shooting

BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) - There are new developments in the deadly shooting of a Bossier City man earlier this month by a Bossier City police officer.

A grand jury will decide whether charges should be filed in the fatal police shooting of Scott Gray back on October 2nd.

Bossier Parish District Attorney Schuyler Marvin has reviewed the case, and had the option of closing the case, or turning it over to the grand jury.

Only the grand jury can bring homicide charges.

The case will be considered on November 16th.
