LONGVIEW, TX (KSLA) - With one suspect still on the run in the shooting and arson death of an east Texas man, Brandon Horne surrendered to Gregg County authorities over the weekend.
He's charged with arson causing death and stands accused killing of Kevin Muckelroy.
Longview fire fighters found Muckelroy in a burning home last week.
Court documents say Horne, and another man named Toronto Lockridge, were in an argument with Muckelroy inside the home.
That argument led to gunfire.
Investigators believe Horne and Lockridge started the fire to destroy evidence.
Toronto Lockridge is still on the loose.
If you have any information on Lockridge may be, call Longview Police immediately.
