Two Shreveport women face homicide charge

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - Two Ark-La-Tex women face charges that stem from a fatal crash that happened during Easter weekend of this year.

Shreveport police arrested Shirley Mourning Friday night for the deadly crash on Broadway and Tate that killed two passengers, including a 2-year old girl that was not properly restrained.

Investigators say that Mourning faces charges of 'negligent homicide'.

The driver of the other car, Rashunda Dock faces charges of drunk driving and two counts of 'vehicular homicide'.
