SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - A former Shreveport convenience store clerk has been arrested for allegedly letting customers take items from the store, without paying.
Caddo deputies arrested 25-year-old David Rough. The crime totaled $10,000 in store thefts.
Deputies say Rough was given cash by individuals for allowing them to take merchandise without paying the full amount; most often beer.
Rough is also accused of taking cash from the register, and stealing store items himself.
