TITUS COUNTY, TX (KSLA) - A two-year-old was exposed to crack cocaine, and authorities say her parents are to blame.
"It's just like second hand cigarette smoke," says Titus County Sheriff Tim Ingram.
"What happen is that the child was with the parents when the parents were smoking crack cocaine. It just shows you the dangers of any kind of second had smoke period and that's exactly what the bag got is second had crack cocaine smoke."
Both parents from Titus County, 36-year-old, Ricky Dale Velin and 33-year-old Bridget Mae Velin are both charged with endangering a child.
CPS has removed the toddler from the home and placed her with relatives.
