Defendants have no comment on lawsuit about child's death Video included

A lawsuit filed by the mother of Anna Celeste Lowe, the Bossier Parish girl killed in January of 2011, names several state agencies as defendants who she claims are responsible for her daughter's death. KSLA News 12 tracked down the agencies named in the suit.
