Police: Shooting that killed 1, wounded another might have been self-defense
Shreveport police think the city's latest fatal shooting might have been an act of self-defense. One man was killed and another was seriously wounded in shooting the night of April 3 in the city's Cedar Grove neighborhood. Police say both allegedly were trying to rob a third man who called them the next morning to say he was involved in the shooting on East 66th Street. After being questioned by detectives, he was released without being charged.
