    The Saints are bringing back another one of their own. The team has signed defensive end Darryl Tapp to a new contract. Length and financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.  Tapp is an 11-year veteran who joined the Saints last season and played in all 16 games. That number does not reflect the reported two-year deal for linebacker Manti Te'o.
