The government issued a warning about the deadly side-effects of Botox.
The Food And Drug Administration says Botox and the similar product Myobloc are being linked to, in some cases, respitory failure and death.
Botox is primarily used as an injectable cosmetic drug to remove wrinkles, but is FDA-approved for other uses, such as underarm sweating and certain neurological conditions.
The FDA says the most severe adverse affects were found in children with cerebral palsy who were treated with Botox or Myobloc.
