Lawsuit Against Caddo Coroner Dropped

SHREVEPORT, LA - Oct. 31

A lawsuit against the Caddo Coroner's office has been dropped.
Shreveport Attorney John Settle says Caddo Coroner Doctor Mairus McFarland has complied with his lawsuit and filed an audit report for 2006.
For that reason, settle dropped the lawsuit Wednesday.
The report was supposed to be filed by June 30th of this year.
