A 74-year-old Tyler man died after his car hit a tree. Investigators say Troy Fletcher was in the 500 Block of North Border when he veered off the road and hit a tree. Emergency crews took Fletcher to East Texas Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Police are still investigating this accident. The accident happened around 5:00pm Thursday, February 1st.
