Bossier City prostitution ring

BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) – 22 people face prostitution charges out of Bossier City.

Agents spent two weeks searching the internet for prostitutes and their customers. The suspects allegedly agreed to meet up in Bossier City and exchange sex for money.

Six of the 22 suspects face soliciting prostitution and other charges. They are Amy Hodge of Norman, Oklahoma, Henry Trammell of Shreveport, Kenneth Mcintosh of Richardson, Texas, Hector Blanco of Houston, Texas, Julie Kempisty of Richardson, Texas, and Rhiana Edmonson of Shreveport.
