KSLA News 12 Shreveport, Louisiana |Severe weather hitting parts of the Ark-La-Tex

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) – Golf ball-sized hail and tornado sightings have made for a busy afternoon in the northwestern parts of the Ark-La-Tex.
Most of the rough weather has been in the far northeastern parts of Texas and southwest parts of Arkansas. There have been numerous reports of hail and a least a few reported tornado sightings. So far there have been no damage reports.
A severe storm warning and tornado watch remains in effect for many parts of the Ark-La-Tex. Other watches and warnings are expected for parts of east Texas and NW Louisiana as we go through the night, with the storms winding down in the overnight hours.
