Are the New Orleans Saints coming to Shreveport?

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) – If you're hoping to share your support of the New Orleans Saints with the Saints personally, you could get your chance by the end of the week.

Shreveport Mayor Cedric Glover has sent a request to Saints owner Tom Benson and Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, asking for the players to come to Shreveport, so you can rally around them and show your Saints pride.

Mayor Glover hopes to host a parade in downtown Shreveport, ending with a victory rally in Festival Plaza.
