VIVIAN, LA (KSLA) – A Vivian man is accused of breaking into the office at his apartment complex, stealing a computer, and setting the filing cabinets on fire.

The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office says Loly Nelson is charged with simple burglary and aggravated arson for the reported incident back in June at the Monterey Hills apartment complex.

Nelson was already in Caddo Correctional Center on an unrelated charge at the time of this arrest.
