REDWATER, TX (KSLA) – Both Texas DPS and Bowie County Sheriff's deputies responded a shooting in the 100 block of Meadows.
According to authorities, the suspected gunman, ran behind the house when they arrived, and reportedly fired at them.
They fired back and hit him in the leg. No one else was injured.
The Texas Rangers have been called in to investigate the shooting.
