Benton, LA (KSLA) –KSLA News 12 has confirmed funeral plans are set for 12 p.m. Monday, for a long time district judge here in the Ark-La-Tex who passed away over the weekend.
Dewey Burchett, Jr. passed away Friday at the age of 70.
Burchett served on the bench in Bossier and Webster parishes for more than 20 years.
The services will be held at the Benton United Methodist Church.
