LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Former President Bill Clinton will help celebrate the fifth anniversary of his presidential library at Little Rock.
Clinton will be on hand Wednesday for events marking the library's opening in 2004.
Organizers say they've taken steps to avoid what happened at opening ceremonies that year, when a cold rain fell during the festivities. On Wednesday, the 1,000 or so guests will be safe from the elements, inside a temporary pavilion.
