Wake Village house fire still under investigation

WAKE VILLAGE, TX (KSLA) – A suspicious house fire in Wake Village, Texas Saturday afternoon, now has investigators searching for answers.

The fire broke out according to firefighters around Noon Saturday at a home in the 200 block of Greenfield Rd.

Fire officials say that one person was inside the home at the time of the fire, but was able to escape safely to call 911 for help.

When fire crews arrived, the home reportedly was fully engulfed in flames. Officials say at least three fire departments were called to the scene of the fire.
