BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - Gov. Bobby Jindal is heading to California to raise money for his re-election campaign.
Jindal's press office said the governor is attending two fundraisers on Thursday: one in Fresno and another in Pacific Palisades.
Jindal spokesman Kyle Plotkin declined to release information about who's hosting the fundraisers. He said that information would be available from campaign finance reports, which are due next year.
The governor is scheduled to return to Baton Rouge on Friday.
Jindal has attended a string of out-of-state fundraisers this year. The other trips have taken him to Texas, Missouri, North Carolina, Arkansas, Florida, Illinois and Massachusetts.
