SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - There was a closed door session between the Shreveport city council, Mayor Glover, and other key city officials.
On Thursday, Caddo district judge Scott Creighton will hear arguments as to whether three city inspectors should get their jobs back before they face their charges of home improvement fraud in court.
The group discussed the different ways judge Creighton could decide in the hearing.
This injunction hearing comes on the heels of Councilman Webb filing an appeal when he was acting as mayor pro-tem last week.
The appeal was in response to a personnel board's decision to send Ray Jones, Daniel Lacour, and Jackie Mandigo back to work.
"If he rules in favor of the personnel board, then there is a question of the type of meeting they are going to have, whether they are going to have a public meeting or their own executive session meeting to decide their next step," said councilman Bryan Wooley.
Councilman Wooley tells KSLA News 12, if judge Creighton rules in favor of the personnel board, he anticipates board will make the same decision as before.
