FORREST CITY, Ark. (AP) - State officials say two men welding at an Arkansas recycling company were injured after a propane tank exploded near them.
Tommy Jackson, a spokesman for the state Department of Emergency Management, says the two unidentified men were flown to the hospital. Jackson says he did not know their conditions.
Jackson says the explosion happened just after 11:30 a.m. Monday at J.W.'s East Arkansas Recycling near Forrest City. He says no one else was injured.
A company official declined to immediately comment on the blast.
