NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - The Nashville duo Steel Magnolia has won the CMT "Can You Duet" competition.
The two, Meghan Linsey and Joshua Scott Jones, won a recording contract with Big Machine Records.
It was the show's second year of competition on the cable TV channel.
Linsey, a former host at a Nashville karaoke bar, is originally from Ponchatoula, La. Jones is from Charleston, Ill.
Judges were Naomi Judd, Big Kenny from Big and Rich, and record company executive Scott Borchetta.
