KSLA News 12 Shreveport, Louisiana |Toddler allegedly shot by another toddler

SHELBY COUNTY, LA (KSLA) -A toddler is at a Shreveport hospital tonight after being shot, allegedly, by another toddler.
Timpson, Texas, Police Chief Hilton Poindexter tells us police responded to Neal Street Monday night, where they found the two-year-old with a gunshot wound in the upper abdomen area.
He says a 22-caliber pistol was left in the bedroom where the both two year olds were playing.
The shooting is still under investigation.
We are told that the toddler is in stable condition tonight.
