Man arrested at Bossier fair for inappropriate behavior

BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) - Bossier City police have arrested a man who allegedly touched two young girls inappropriately at the Bossier City State Fair this past weekend.

48-year-old William Houck of Coushatta is now behind bars after reports of Houck allegedly two young girls in a sexual manner on two separate occasions Friday night while attending the Bossier State Fair.

The two girls were ages five and 13.

Houck is now in jail facing charges of sexual battery, indecent behavior with a child and disturbing the peace for inappropriately touching the two young girls.

Bossier Police are advising that parents who believe their children may have came in contact with Houck while attending the fair to contact police at (318) 741-8641.
