BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - The Shaw Group has signed an agreement with China's State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation that allows both sides to support each other in nuclear-related businesses.
The agreement was signed Monday in Washington, D.C., during an event organized by the United States and Chinese chambers of commerce.
Shaw says China intends to build at least 30 nuclear power plant by 2010 - and the agreement will allow Shaw to expand its business with the state corporation.
