WASHINGTON (AP) - Arkansans in the House split 2-2 Wednesday on a 321-105 vote approving a measure to increase service opportunities and encourage more Americans to get involved in their communities.
Voting for the measure were 70 Republicans and 251 Democrats, including Reps. Mike Ross and Vic Snyder of Arkansas.
Voting against it were 104 Republicans, including Rep. John Boozman, and one Democrat - Rep. Marion Berry of Arkansas.
