Natchitoches municipal worker accused of stealing fuel

NATCHITOCHES, LA (KSLA) - A Natchitoches municipal worker is accused of using a city-issued fuel card to buy $833.39 worth of fuel for his personal vehicle and others' vehicles.

Jacob Young, 24 of Natchitoches, is free on $1,500 bond after being booked into Natchitoches Parish Detention Center on one count of theft, the Police Department reports.

Detectives began investigating Young after getting a complaint Sept. 11.
