Warm, wet weekend leads to a chilly, wet week ahead.

We started the day with cloudy skies, light NE winds and lows in the low to mid 50s. The day ahead will hold increasing clouds, light NE winds and highs in the low to mid 70s. A slight chance of showers will be in the Friday forecast. Saturday will see overcast skies and a few showers with lows in the mid to upper 50s followed by highs in the low to mid 70s. Rain and a few rumbles will be likely Sunday with lows in the low to mid 60s and highs in the 70s to near 80. Heavy rain is possible. A cold front will blast through the area overnight into early Monday with lows either side of 60 and heavy rain.

It will be a chilly next Monday but the highs for the day may come in the morning. The afternoon temperatures, with rain likely, could fall into the 50s. Tuesday lows will be in the 40s to near 50 followed by highs only in the mid 50s. Wednesday will be wet with lows in the 40s to near 50 followed by highs near 60. Thursday will find lows either side of 50 and highs in the mid to upper 60s with rain tapering off. Rain may increase a bit as we move into Friday with lows near 50 and highs near 70.
